Peineta north of Atoyac, Teotepec mountain system, 17.17N, 100,16W, ca. 1000 m alt., lip white, sepals and petals transparent yellow-green with a red spot at the base of the petals, Jan 1933-17 Oct 1934, O. Nagel 1987 (holotype, AMES; isotypes, MO, SEL).
